All of our massage therapists are qualified professionals and adhere to professional code of conduct and standards. Talk to us when making an appointment about the type of massage you are needing, it may be relaxation, aromatherapy, injury related, or just plain pampering yourself! And as we say, an hour means an hour.  Unlike some clinics we give you what you pay for.  It is simple, an hour massage is an hour massage and no less.  We structure our clinic appointments to ensure there is 30 mins between clients to ensure you are not simply rushed out the door.  We want you to relax, and come back again - satisfied.

What type of massage for me?
Massage is the technique of manual manipulation of the soft tissue of the human body. Many general practitioners and specialist have recognised the benefits of massage therapy, and often recommend it in conjunction with other treatments for some conditions.

Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage uses the application of strokes including effleurage, petrissage, friction, and vibration to the soft tissues of the body with special emphasis on enhancing circulation and relieving muscle tension.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage makes use of two senses touch and smell. We combine essential oils with our massage oil and use this blend during the massage. The massage is very soft and relaxing with very little pressure used. During the initial consultation, it will be discussed which essential oils will be used during the Aromatherapy Massage. 

Seated Massage
Where it is difficult, painful or more comfortable to be seated than lying down.

Neck Back and Shoulder Massage
This massage is particularly tailored for people who hold tension in their neck, back and shoulders associated with office work, tradesman, people who drive vechiles for many hours
